|Recommended: YesHonestly. If when I inquired about this place and it had any other manager besides Ms. Denise I probably would not have rented here. Ms. Denise is such a beautiful soul who is professional, honest and patient. I am grateful that she is the manager at this property. I also appreciate how helpful Yadira was during the application process and how speedy maintenance request are handled. at this point I have no complaints

|Recommended: NoParking is always a hassle, noise coming from the street is always loud and obnoxious but not really the fault of the apartment. The maintenance workers are always nice and do great but the office people can be rude or nice, helpful or not, it might just depend on who you get.

|Recommended: YesI have been a resident here for 10 years. I have had a great experience with the management team. Dawn is exceptional and is always willing to work with you. The maintenance team is always courteous and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Angie is the best, she is friendly, courteous and always greets you with a smile.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, comfortable, professional a place you can call home — I like it because it's comfortable and people keep to themselves, you see kid's outside playing and it's convenient being close to school's, grocery stores, the mall, shopping centers and also fast food. The inside is cozy and the floorplan is quiet spacious
|Recommended: YesHesperian Falls — I’ve only lived here a few weeks, but so far the staff are nice and so are the neighbors. The grounds are clean everyday I see a maintenance person cleaning the area where garbage is kept as well as the grounds. My son can actually go outside and ride his scooter and feel safe.

|Recommended: YesApartment Review — It's quiet. People generally seem to keep to themselves. The grounds are mostly well kept, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love where my unit is located and the neighbors in my building are quiet. The property is in an excellent location for a decent price.

|Recommended: YesBlessed and Highly pleased — I am a new tenant and moved in mid June 2020. Firstly, the property is beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful. The location is in the cut and is walking distance from the bus stops, grocery store and more. I was pleased that Everything about the application process was painless and the staff were very friendly Upon move in, There were a few small maintenance repairs that were done quickly and professionally by Louis. The mailroom can be locked up and our mail kept safe which is important because I’ve had my mailbox broken into at other properties so this adds peace of mind. My unit is Open and spacious and the walls seem well insulated because I can listen to my music and not disturb my neighbors. No assigned parking which I love because there are always available spaces.
The owner of the property has taken serious steps to keep staff and residence safe during the covid pandemic so I don’t have access to the amenities just yet but for the holiday weekend the pool is open with restrictions of course. I don’t mind them at all because I am just happy they opened the pool so that my kids can swim for the 4th of July Literally, The ONLY thing I can say is that the unit is a bit dark from lack of natural light but I placed my lamps accordingly and it’s fine.

Whatever she doesn’t know she finds out quickly and gets back to me promptly. All assets of exceptional customer service. The people skills and customer service from the staff is refreshing and reassuring that my kids and I will have a wonderful stay here are Hesperian Falls.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Live — Been here for a year and I have had a great experience living at Hesperian. From the office to maintenance, everybody has made me feel welcomed I've had such a great experience, I just signed another year lease. Keep up the good work guys
