|Recommended: NoIt used to be okay, but rules and management changed without consideration of tenants. — I will no longer recommend this complex to others because they no longer accept HUD VASH or Section 8 even though they do receive the payments in a timely manner.
Earl we are so sorry that the program had to stop we will let you know if we starting accepting HUD VASH or Section 8 again.
|Recommended: YesGreat place live. I have to move no fault of my own I hate having to leave . Great neighbors and management is great . Maintenance is on point . I recommend this ban place to anyone that wants a safe place to live. You can count on management and maintenance to take care of all your needs. Apartments are big lots of closet space.

Since Victoria has been here the place in run like a well oiled machine. It's quite and food news I would recommend this place to my friends . Thank y iui u to all the staff here at hesperian falls .
